Decide Pricing FAQs
Decide is reshaping credit decisioning to be more robust by extending its analysis capabilities and granting you access to what you need through a simple credit system.
Each month you’re given a certain amount of credits depending on your plan (Startup, SME, Standard, or Enterprise). Every time an add-on is used, it counts as 5, 10, 25, or 35 credits depending on the add-on you are using. For example, if you use a scorecard on an analysis, 5 credits would be deducted from your total credits.
Yes, you are. On your first signup, you are granted 5 credits to explore Decide’s capabilities, after which you would need to subscribe to a plan to continue using it.
Unfortunately credits cannot be rolled over at this time. We strongly advice that you subscribe for what will be adequate enough for you and your team monthly.

Yes, Originate can be integrated with a mobile application. We provide APIs and necessary documentation to assist with the mobile app integration process.
Yes and yes. Originate is able to accommodate both an automated review process and a manual one depending on your business’ preference.
Yes, customers can upload documents during an application. There are 3 ways this can happen:
- If it is configured as a requirement on the loan product.
- You can request if from your customer after the application is completed with our “request supporting document” feature on Originate.
- Your customers can send it to you to upload it on their behalf.
Yes, BVN verification is a core part of Originate’s application process, and the verification is mandated before a customer can commence an application.
