What is Decide credits and how is it calculated?

Decide is reshaping credit decisioning to be more robust by extending its analysis capabilities and granting you access to what you need through a simple credit system.

Each month you’re given a certain amount of credits depending on your plan (Startup, SME, Standard, or Enterprise). Every time an add-on is used, it counts as 5, 10, 25, or 35 credits depending on the add-on you are using. For example, if you use a scorecard on an analysis, 5 credits would be deducted from your total credits.

Am I entitled to any free credits?

Yes, you are. On your first signup, you are granted 5 credits to explore Decide’s capabilities, after which you would need to subscribe to a plan to continue using it.

Can I rollover my credits in Decide?

Unfortunately credits cannot be rolled over at this time. We strongly advice that you subscribe for what will be adequate enough for you and your team monthly.
